Delmont began her illustrious career as a patrol officer in Canfield, serving from 1999 until 2007, when she joined the Austintown Police Department. Over the years, she has diligently climbed the ranks, earning her lieutenant’s stripes in June 2023. Throughout her tenure, Delmont has been instrumental in various critical functions, including officer recruitment and hiring, scheduling, and overseeing the reserve officer program. Her contributions have significantly strengthened the department’s operations and effectiveness.
