The tragic events that unfolded on September 11th, 2001, were unlike any other. It cannot be emphasized enough the unprecedented magnitude of terror that shook the entire world, forever changing the way we view the perceived safety and security of our daily lives. It was an attack that reverberated across the globe, one that was felt by all of us in one way or another. Innocent lives were taken, heroes arose out of ordinary people, and unspeakable grief and devastation touched us all.

The World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and Flight 93 will forever be emblems of loss and destruction. Our hearts go out to the families and loved ones of all those affected by this catastrophic event. It is crucial that we always take the time to honor and remember those who were taken from us and those who selflessly risked their lives to save others.
