Standard rates apply during regular business hours.

  • Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
  • After 4:00 PM: Additional fees apply
  • Weekends (Sat–Sun): 1:00 PM–4:00 PM — $100.00 additional fee

Discounts:
Senior Citizens, Retired Military Personnel, and Volunteers are eligible for discounts.

Fingerprinting Services Not Offered

We do not provide fingerprinting for Law Enforcement, CCW, CDL, or Hazmat.
Please contact your local Sheriff’s Office or the Ohio BMV.

Payment & Privacy

Accepted payments include major credit cards and bank-issued checks.
A $50 fee applies to returned checks.
All personal information is kept strictly confidential.

Health & Safety Policy:

Individuals who are sick or have recently been ill may not enter the office.
Anyone arriving sick will be refused service, required to leave, and their appointment will be canceled with no refund.

Applicant's Information

The applicant is considered to be the person who needs to be fingerprinted.

If you don't have a reason code, please select "No ORC - Other." This applies to BCI background checks only.
If you do not have a reason code, please contact the agency, organization, or individual who referred you for the background check. We cannot provide you with a code or process your fingerprints until you provide us with the correct ORC code.
