Are you interested in becoming a pharmacy technician in the state of Ohio? If so, there are a few requirements that you should be aware of before beginning your journey. First and foremost, certified technicians must be at least 18 years old and have completed their high school education, either by earning a diploma, a GED, or a foreign school diploma equivalent to a U.S. high school diploma. In addition to meeting these educational requirements, applicants must also provide proper identification before beginning certification. It’s important to note that while these may seem like straightforward qualifications, it’s always a good idea to research your state’s specific regulations and guidelines to ensure that you’re on the right track towards reaching your career goals. Appointments are available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please note that walk-ins are not permitted. For added flexibility, we offer appointments outside regular hours, including early morning, evening, and weekends (Saturday and Sunday), for an additional fee of $50. This fee is payable at the time of service.
