Several fire departments battle a blaze at Pizza Works in Hubbard, Ohio.
The Northern Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information that leads to the arrest of two fugitives. Authorities are on the lookout for Vincent Marbley and Eddie Winphrie, both of whom are wanted by the Youngstown Police Department and the United States Marshals Service for serious charges, including murder and tampering with evidence. Marbley and Winphrie are believed to be linked to the tragic murder of 24-year-old Reynaldo Hernandez, which occurred on October 17 in the 2300 block of Bott Street. Vincent Marbley, 59, is described as a Black male, standing approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing around 145 pounds. Eddie Winphrie, 41, is also a Black male, with a height of about 5 feet 9 inches and a weight nearing 262 pounds. Both suspects are known to frequent the areas of Cleveland, Youngstown, and Columbus. In an ongoing investigation related to this case, Richard Lightner, 40, and Shawn Jones, 35, were arraigned on Friday for charges of tampering with evidence, each having their bond set at $150,000. Additionally, Andre Bailey has been charged with first-degree felony murder and third-degree felony tampering with evidence. All three individuals are scheduled for preliminary hearings on November 1. Another suspect, Daniel Ramsey, 42, who is also charged with tampering with evidence, was arrested in New Castle, Pennsylvania. He is currently being held at the Lawrence County jail and has not yet been transported back to Youngstown.
