Background Check Scheduling Notice
Ohio Security & Investigations LLC is pleased to offer BCI and FBI background check services at our Youngstown, Ohio location. To ensure a smooth and secure experience, all appointments must be scheduled in advance. Please note that walk-in services are not available.

Operating Hours

  • Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Sunday: 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
  • Saturday: Closed

Your Privacy Matters
As a licensed private investigation firm, we take your privacy seriously. Every service is delivered with strict confidentiality, legal compliance, and the highest standards of data protection. You can trust us to handle your information with care and professionalism.

Service Limitations
Please be aware that we do not offer fingerprinting services for:

  • Law enforcement background checks
  • Concealed carry weapon (CCW) applications
  • Commercial driver’s license (CDL) compliance

For these services, kindly reach out to:

  • CCW and law enforcement: Your local sheriff’s department
  • CDL: The Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV)

Payment Notice

  • A 4.5% processing fee applies to all credit card payments.
  • Returned checks are subject to a $50.00 fee.

We encourage clients to plan accordingly when selecting their payment method to avoid unnecessary charges.

If you don't have a reason code, please select "No ORC - Other." This applies to BCI background checks only.
If you do not have a reason code, please contact the agency, organization, or individual who referred you for the background check. We cannot provide you with a code or process your fingerprints until you provide us with the correct ORC code.
