You may schedule your background check (BCI and/or FBI) at our Youngstown, Ohio location with ease. Please be advised that walk-in appointments are strictly prohibited—all appointments must be scheduled in advance, either via phone or through our online form.

Standard Operating Hours:

  • Monday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

If you do not have a reason code, please contact the agency, organization, or individual who referred you for the background check. We cannot provide you with a code or process your fingerprints until you provide us with the correct ORC code.
